RENTAL POLICIES

Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years old.

Valid Driver's License.

Credit Card (please ask for advice if you don't have one, cash deposit is available too).

The rental day fee is applied for 24 hours, with an additional hour for return. After that time, half a day rental will be charged.

After four hours, a 1(one) day rental fee will be charged, and the car wouldn't necessarily have to be returned.

The car is delivered with full tank. In case it is returned with lack of fuel, a fee will be charged for supplying.

Reservations will be served with the requested car class, and if there's no availability, an upper one.

In case of theft, car crash or collision, a complaint filed with the appropriate authority will be requested.

If the car is returned in another location or city, a Return Fee will be charged. Please ask for this fee at the reservations office.

Once the expected schedule for pick-up has been missed, the reservation will be held during an additional hour.

Mileage is totally free.

Baby seat and additional driver are free of charge.
